Your mind is like a remote control. You don’t have to stay stuck on the channel that’s broadcasting fear, failure, or doom. You can press a different button. You can choose a thought that calms instead of panics. A thought that reminds you you’re capable, not cursed. One that says, This is hard, but not impossible.

Step Up To The Challenge
Catch one negative thought and replace it—on purpose.
When you notice stress creeping in (“I can’t handle this,” “Everything’s falling apart,” “I’m so behind”), pause. Don’t argue with the thought. Just swap it out. Say instead:
“I’m doing the best I can, and that’s enough for today.”
“This is tough, but I’ve been through worse.”
“One step at a time is still forward.”
Write your new thought down. Say it out loud if you need to. Say it twice. Stress feeds on repetition. So give your better thought the microphone today.
